About us

Study in Milan is promoted by Milan Chamber of Commerce, the Municipality of Milan (Comune di Milano) and Milan's universities

Our goal is to reach all international students, offering them more opportunities and ready access to services, to make living and studying easier by helping them get to know our city and its universities: it's all part of our big new drive to internationalize

The project also aims to create a special identity for international students in our city – a personal Milan ID Card that can be used to get discounts on various services

We focus especially on:

  • Introducing the Italian university system and the courses on offer in Milan
  • Housing, through the Municipality of Milan and the residence arrangements offered by the universities
  • Transport, to help students move around the city, travel throughout the Milan region, and get to and from the airports
  • Culture, introducing the local heritage through museums, theatres, libraries and cultural events
  • Help in dealing with official paperwork and simplifying red tape
  • Healthcare facilities
